Although we can staff almost any event or schedule, we highly prefer to do photos prior to games OR on a special PICTURE DAY when no other events are scheduled. Generally, we like to avoid doing photos on "Opening Day" when ceremonies often conflict with photo taking (especially when the ceremonies run late which often happens).
BASED ON YOUR PICTURE DAY LOCATION, WE CAN BRING SHADE CANOPIES, BACKDROPS AND SPECIAL LIGHTING TO MAKE SURE PICTURES LOOK THEIR BEST.
STEP 2: Create a schedule that is as relaxed as possible.
For example, we would prefer an 8 hour period with teams scheduled 1 team every 15 minutes versus a 3 hour period with teams scheduled 1 team every 5 minutes where possible. Don't worry, we can handle any schedule and size of league.
WE WILL BE HAPPY TO CREATE YOUR PICTURE DAY SCHEDULE FOR YOU!
STEP 3: Good location, Good parking, and Photographer access.
Our staff will arrive early, but gates and doors must be opened for us to set up on time. Also, make sure the location you choose has ample parking for parents with no conflicting events. We have special backdrops and shade canopies available on request. We can often arrange to scout a location ahead of time.
STEP 4: Pass out picture order forms to teams at least 2 weeks prior to
It is very important to a stress free picture day that parents have forms to review and complete in advance! We bring plenty of extras on photo day, so don't worry about parents losing forms.
STEP 1: Pick a day that makes sense
We generally do not require any help DURING "Picture Day", it is imperative that we have a league official to work BEFOREHAND to plan a great "relaxed and on-time" event.
