At Golden State Sports Photography, safeguarding your images and personal information is a top priority. We never attach photographs to your personal details—or your child’s personal details—on public websites or searchable online platforms.

As a photography business dedicated to youth sports, we recognize the added responsibility that comes with photographing children. Our strictly offline workflow is designed to ensure that images and identifying information are never searchable, indexed, or accessible to unauthorized users on the internet. We believe families deserve a higher level of discretion and protection than what is commonly offered today.

Since our founding, we have maintained an Offline-Only operating model to minimize exposure to cyber threats, data breaches, and unauthorized digital access. We use paper order forms and collect only the information required to process your purchase, fulfill your order, and communicate with you about your order status.

When digital products are ordered, they are delivered through secure, password-protected galleries to maintain controlled distribution.

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information or photographs with third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

All physical order forms and offline image backups are retained only as long as necessary to complete your order and to assist with reprints or replacement requests, after which they are securely handled in accordance with our internal privacy standards.
